Welcome to Wyoming990.com! We are a liaison for 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations and small private foundation in Wyoming who wish to post their IRS Form 990 for public viewing inexpensively. We are aware that many smaller foundations deliberately do not have web sites because they do not wish to encourage unsolicited applications. The IRS regulations state that an organization must provide copies of its three most recent Form 990s to anyone who requests them, whether in person, by mail, fax, or e-mail. Our website allows a simple, cost effective solution to publicizing 990s without having to create and maintain a website.
The Internal Revenue Service has imposed new rules about publicizing the 990’s of private foundations. The new IRS regulations require organizations to provide copies of its most recent Forms 990 from the past three years to anyone who requests them, whether the request is made in person, by mail, fax, or email. In an effort to provide additional services to private foundations, the Wyoming Community Foundation has developed a separate website, www.wyoming990.com, and we invite you to utilize the site to provide another public site at which your 990 can be viewed. It is our hope that this will become a central site that interested parties can utilize without making requests of your foundations. The site will allow you to post your last three 990’s one time for public viewing; you would be able to direct any party requesting a copy of your 990 to the website.
